MORNING WORSHIP & COMMUNION AND CHILDREN'S CHURCH - MAY, 29, 2022

Please remember to pray for all those who have served in the Armed Forces and who are still serving, their families, and our Country.  Memorial Day is a time to say "thank you for your service" and to remember those who have paid and and continue to pay the price of keeping our Nation free, especially to worship our great God.  All gave some ... some gave all.

This Sunday, Pastor Brian will deliver Part II of his message "Identifying the Enemy of God and His Church".  The focus this week will be from Ephesians 6:11b-12.  We are to put on the full armor of God so that we can arm ourselves to fight the spiritual battle against the forces of darkness and great evil that are in our world today.  Satan is a real, powerful being, the ultimate force of evil, and his primary objective is to destroy all of God's creation, especially Christ's followers, His Church.  Humans have no power to conquer Satan on our own, but God has provided the weapons that we can use against him -- to identify his tactics -- so we are able to respond to his attacks.  We invite you to come and hear this powerful message!

After the message, we will partake of The Lord's Supper, remembering Him, and all He has done, once again until He comes.

Everyone is welcome to join us this Sunday, in person or online, to worship our Lord, hear His Word, and reaffirm our love and dedication to Him through Communion.

      Verse of the Day

Luke 2:8-11  “And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.”
