WORSHIP SERVICE - SEPTEMBER 26, 2021

This Sunday, Pastor Brian Pinson will preach the second and final sermon in the series "Living in Light of the End", which is based from 1 Peter 4:7-11.  In this passage, the Apostle Peter was moved by the Holy Spirit to address the early Church that was facing severe persecution.  Instead of expressing sympathy, Peter uses the persecution and trials in their lives to cast light upon the greater truths of the Christian faith!  This message still holds true today!!

* There is something greater than this perishing world.
* This world is not our permanent dwelling place.
* Our future in Christ has been signedsealed, and delivered.

In anticipation of our Savior's return, there are three priorities that should be evident in a Christian's life, especially now:

1 - We are to be clear-headed and disciplined!
2 - We are to be filled with love!
3 - We are to be intensified to serve!

Please join us to hear more details about how we are to "go about our Father's business" as we await His return!  Everyone is welcome!

      Verse of the Day

Luke 2:8-11  “And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.”
