MORNING WORSHIP AND CHILDREN'S CHURCH - JUNE 12, 2022

This Sunday, Pastor Brian Pinson will be speaking on the importance of living a life of faith in Christ until the very end.  The message - "No Reserves, No Retreats, No Regrets" - focuses on 2 Timothy 4:6-8 where the Apostle Paul, when he was nearing the end of his life, provides some encouragement to Timothy to remain faithful to his call and to remain passionate in his devotion to the Lord so that he can finish well at the end of his life on earth.  He explains to Timothy that although there will be struggles to accomplish what God has called him to do, there will be a crown of righteousness reserved for him in heaven.  We invite you to hear this powerful message by joining us either in person or online - the service begins at 10:30 a.m.  Everyone is welcome!!!!

Morning Worship and Children's Church - June 5, 2022

This Sunday, Associate Pastor Craig Ison will present his message from Proverbs 3:5-8.  The title of the message,  "The Danger of Self-reliance", is a very relevant topic in today's world.  Even believers try to do things on their own and use God as a last resort to solving a problem.  We need God to be part of every single facet of our lives -- the good and the bad.  We cannot navigate this journey by ourselves - it takes the power of the Holy Spirit to guide and direct our paths.  We invite you to join us, in person or online, to hear this vital message!  Everyone is welcome!!!

MORNING WORSHIP & COMMUNION AND CHILDREN'S CHURCH - MAY, 29, 2022

Please remember to pray for all those who have served in the Armed Forces and who are still serving, their families, and our Country.  Memorial Day is a time to say "thank you for your service" and to remember those who have paid and and continue to pay the price of keeping our Nation free, especially to worship our great God.  All gave some ... some gave all.

This Sunday, Pastor Brian will deliver Part II of his message "Identifying the Enemy of God and His Church".  The focus this week will be from Ephesians 6:11b-12.  We are to put on the full armor of God so that we can arm ourselves to fight the spiritual battle against the forces of darkness and great evil that are in our world today.  Satan is a real, powerful being, the ultimate force of evil, and his primary objective is to destroy all of God's creation, especially Christ's followers, His Church.  Humans have no power to conquer Satan on our own, but God has provided the weapons that we can use against him -- to identify his tactics -- so we are able to respond to his attacks.  We invite you to come and hear this powerful message!

After the message, we will partake of The Lord's Supper, remembering Him, and all He has done, once again until He comes.

Everyone is welcome to join us this Sunday, in person or online, to worship our Lord, hear His Word, and reaffirm our love and dedication to Him through Communion.

MORNING WORSHIP AND CHILDREN'S CHURCH - APRIL 24, 2022

This Sunday, Associate Pastor Craig Ison will be delivering his message entitled "WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH JESUS?".  This Easter season we have reminded of what exactly Jesus did for us to bring us back into a right relationship with the God of the universe - our Creator, our Deliverer, our Savior!  What are we doing with what God has given us -- the greatest gift ever given -- salvation and eternal life with Him?  The focus of the message will be examples of how Jesus interacted with people from all walks of life and how they responded to Him.

He is still reaching out to all people today.  His Holy Word gives us directions inspired by the Holy Spirit on how the lost can be saved and how the Christian can grow even closer in their relationship with God.

What will you do with Jesus?

Join us and be blessed!  Everyone is welcome!

EASTER SERVICE AND CHILDREN'S CHURCH ON SUNDAY - APRIL 17, 2022

Resurrection Sunday is here!!!  Please join us for our special Easter Service on Sunday, April 17, at 10:30 a.m.

Pastor Brian Pinson will be delivering a message from John 20:1-18 entitled "The Gracious Words of the Resurrected Savior".  What must have been going through the minds of the disciples when Mary Magdalene brought them the message that the Lord had indeed risen just as He said He would?  They had deserted Him ... denied Him ... His chosen had turned their backs on Him.  Praise God that Jesus knew the frailty of humanity.  Salvation through His shed blood on the cross was the divine plan for redemption and restoration of mankind to those who will choose to believe!  Come and hear this message of hope!!!  Everyone is welcome!

PALM SUNDAY SERVICE AND CHILDREN'S CHURCH - APRIL 10, 2022

This next Sunday, Pastor Brian Pinson will be delivering a message commemorating Palm Sunday.  His message, "WHEN MAN'S SIN MET GOD'S GRACE", is based upon John 1:17.  Palm Sunday documents Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem riding a donkey as was prophesied in Isaiah 62:11.  Matthew 21:8-9 says: "A very large crowd spread their robes on the road; others were cutting branches from the trees and spreading them on the roa.  Then the crowds who went ahead of Him and those who followed kept shouting:  Hosanna to the Son of David!  He who comes in the name of the Lord is the blessed One!  Hosanna in the highest heaven!".

We invite you to join us in person or online to hear this powerful message concerning Palm Sunday and what it means for the Christian believer!  Everyone is welcome!

MORNING WORSHIP AND CHILDREN'S CHURCH - APRIL 3, 2022

On Sunday, Pastor Brian Pinson will deliver the second part of sermon "Preparing for Battle", from Ephesians 6:10.  The focus in this week's sermon is "To Be Strong in the Lord".  Ephesians 6:10b states "Finally, be strengthened by the Lord and by His vast strength".  The ONLY WAY we can come against the attacks of Satan, the enemy of God's Kingdom, is through the strength of the Lord.  Pastor Brian will provide Biblical truths on how we can prepare ourselves for the spiritual battles going on continually all around us.  The strength we have in Christ is sufficient to win any and all spiritual battles.  Philippians 4:13 says "I am able to do all things through Him who strengthens me".

We invite you to join us -- either in person or online -- to hear more about preparing ourselves to face the trials and adversity we must face in this life.  As God's children, we have His Spirit in us and His Holy Word to give us the strength we need to come against the enemy.  If you are not a believer, the free gift of salvation in Jesus Christ is available to you ... if you are ready and willing to receive it!!

Everyone is welcome!!!

WORSHIP SERVICE AND CHILDREN'S CHURCH - MARCH 27, 2022

This Sunday, Pastor Brian Pinson will be starting a new sermon series called "The Christian's Call to Arms!".  The first sermon in this series is based on Ephesians 6:10 - "Preparing for Battle".  As devoted followers of God, we must prepare ourselves to the fight spiritual battles that come against us to test our faith.  We can find our battle armour in God's Word and will grow our faith each time we stand in the wisdom of God's messages to us and apply them in our lives.

2 Corinthians 10:3-5 tells us:
(3) For although we are walking in the flesh, we do not wage war in a fleshly way, (
4) since the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly, but are powerful through God for the demolition of strongholds. We demolish arguments (5) and every high-minded thing that is raised up against the knowledge of God, taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.

Jesus gave us a perfect example.  Throughout His temptation in Luke 4:1-13, Jesus maintained His integrity by holding firm against all Satan threw at Him by responding to each temptation with the revealed words of God. Because He was tempted as we are, He is able to understand what we face. He is a powerful example of how to overcome the temptations and testing that comes our way.

We invite you to start on this journey with us as we dig deeper into Ephesians 6 to discover--through God's Word--how to hold fast to our faith when trials come by knowing and standing on Word of God!   Join us in person or online to hear this powerful message!  Everyone is welcome!

WORSHIP SERVICE AND CHILDREN'S CHURCH - MARCH 20, 2022

This Sunday, Pastor Brian Pinson will conclude his sermon series "The Marks of a Spirit-filled Life".  This series has been rich with the wisdom of God regarding how to glorify God in our relationships.  The previous sermons have focused on how to bring harmony within the home, within our marriages, and within the relationships between parents and their children.  This final sermon -- "Spirit-filled Relations in the Workplace" -- will focus on how the Christian employer and employee are to glorify God by their attitude and behavior with those they work with or come into contact with on the job.  No matter where we are, our spiritual walk should provide evidence to all those around us that we belong to God.

We invite everyone to join us this Sunday to hear this Biblical perspective on God-honoring attitudes and behaviors in the workplace.  You may attend in person or join us online - everyone is welcome!!!

MORNING WORSHIP AND CHILDREN'S CHURCH - FEBRUARY 27, 2022

This Sunday, February 27, 2022, Associate Pastor Craig Ison will present the message "What is the Gospel?" based on Scriptures found in Galatians - Chapter 1.  The Apostle Paul is writing this Epistle to the churches of Galatia that Paul and Barnabas had planted, based on the Good News - the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Within a very short time, a group of people in the churches were distorting the Gospel by claiming that faith in Jesus was not enough, but that they also needed to follow the religious requirements of the Law.  These "Judaizers"  were attempting to convince these new Gentile believers that salvation by the grace of Jesus was not enough, but that they had to follow all of the Jewish laws as well.

You are invited to hear more about this letter to the Galatians and find out how this letter also applies to churches today.  We must KNOW what the Gospel of Jesus Christ really means according to the Scriptures so that we can recognize false doctrines when we hear them.  Everyone is welcome!!!  Please join us either in person or online to find out more!

COMMUNION SERVICE - SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2022

On Sunday, we will be celebrating The Lord's Supper in the morning worship service.  This celebration is in reverence of our Savior's death on the cross to provide salvation for our sins.  He laid His own life down to make a way for us to gain eternal redemption through the shedding of His own blood.  This precious gift of salvation is available to all who will receive it.

Romans 8:34: "Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us."

John 3:16: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

Prepare your hearts and minds for this special service to remember what Jesus did for us, because He loves us with an everlasting love.

Please join us in person or online for the message from the Scriptures.  Everyone is welcome!

SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP AND PREACHING - FEBRUARY 13, 2022

This Sunday, February 13, Pastor Brian will open up the book of Ephesians, Chapter 6, with a special message to the children and the relationship they should have with their parents.  Just as God has a design for the Christian marriage, He has a specific design for parenting children in a Christian family, especially concerning the relationship between the children and their parents.  No family is perfect, but we can strive to be obedient to God's Word as we live our individual lives within the family unit.  His Word is our Guide, and He always keeps His promises as we diligently and consistently seek His counsel.  Please join us, either online or in person, to find out more!  Everyone is welcome!!
